Kissimmee is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kissimmee follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. A couple of weeks ago I stopped in to get an amplifier replaced. When they replaced the amplifier, the system was not working the same way. I informed the technician that the base was not working off of the equalizer, like it has been for the last 3 and a 1/2 years, he explained to me that it's all in my mind that that never works that way. But I paid for having the service He explained to me that I didn't know what I was talking about. And as far as I was concerned, I had to go to another place to have it repaired where he had wired it up wrong. It's not the first time that I go there and have these issues, but I've decided that I'm not going to use this place anymore, it's all up. To the individuals to go there and see, but I suggest going to a different place and get your systems done professionally and not by people that are adequate, and they don't know what they're doing.

I don't know why there are negative reviews on this shop. I have put stereo systems in 3 of my vehicles and not had a problem. You tell him what you are trying to do and he gives you the options. I haven't had a single product I bought there give me an issue. And that's because I do the install correct. Folks are in here bashing this guy for no reason. I will be headed back down there today for some more equipment. If you want good equipment he has it. If you want entry level he has it. But I have a feeling some people go in buying entry level equipment and expect too much from it. Bottom line, if you are looking to put some sound on your vehicle, go on down there, he will hook you up.

Beware, they don't take items back, they should have that posted around the store. Bought an amp from them that didn't work with my setup, went to return it and at first I was told I had to pay a restocking fee. I said "okay that's fine". Then the guy hands me a paper that says $180 and proceeded to tell me that I had $180 in store credit. I asked to exchange then because I never plan on going back. I've read nothing but horror stories on reviews and decided to give them a shot anyways and boy did I screw myself.

I went to put my setup and they over charge me and this how they install. They wonβt fix the problem and wonβt give you money back. I have to go somewhere else to fix the problem. Donβt go to this place manager and employees donβt care for you car. Unless you want shitty job go to this wonderful place that take your money. They lied to me about how they was going to install my system. They said they didnβt touch my stereo but that was a lie. I will be calling the better business bureau
